Butchering

As the seasons come for hunting, we know how hard it can be to get into a butcher shop and see your meat in a decent time. Theres often long waits, and even people being turned away for being all booked up. We strive to get your meat butchered the way you'd like it, cleaned to perfection, and in a timely manner. we are working on recipe building for summer sausage, breakfast sausages, bratwursts, jerky, burger, and more. As we have the freshest ingredients, we will post the flavors and options of many of these items, along with updated pricing, and estimated time frames.  At this time we are not offering smokehouse bones, but we will be offering this option in the near future, keep posted.

Are you looking for catering at your event? Having over 10 years kitchen experience in deli/ catering, we can provide you with great services for your events. 

We cater to all venues, small and intimate to large gatherings. We have experience in funerals, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, airline flight food, holiday dinners, and more. We have worked with gluten free, vegan, dairy free, vegetarian, nut allergies, and more.

We strive to help others in anyway we can, we often get questions about our recipes, some of them are our home recipes, some of them are from the catering menu, some of them are just fan favorites! We are going to try and post a recipe twice a week, we are working on exact measurements and nutritional values to add to our catering menu! Please be patient as we build this!

Meat Platter

A Variety of sliced meats arranged to be easily picked from.

Hummus Platter

Available with pita or a variety of raw vegetables.

Specialty Olive Platter

Arranged with a variety of specialty olives, cheeses, pickles, and more. 

Entrees

Simple meals, easy for any gathering.

Pulled Pork

Slow cooked pork that falls apart and melts in your mouth. Pairs well with our Coleslaw( with sweet crasins), and our homemade smokey bbq beans.

Cedar Plank Salmon

Cedar Plank Smoked Salmon, flakey with a touch of lemon, highlighting the old bay seasoning, and paired with our homemade tar tar sauce.

We are working on building our recipe list for desserts.
